Running Deer Traditional Cache

This cache is hidden in the Chicken Creek Area on Lake Tenkiller. It is not hidden in the camping area, but north of the campground by the swimming beach and large boat ramp/parking area. You will have a very short walk to locate the cache. There are different routes you can take to reach the cache, so pick your way and start the hunt.
The container is camouflaged to blend in with the area. It is quite large so it will hold big or small swag, TB's and geocoins. Please make sure it stays upright so it will be as waterproof as possible. Also make sure the lid is on tight.
Make sure you pick up the 2 other caches in the park.
This cache got its name from an old Indian legend. When a child was born, the father named his child after the first animal he saw. Well, the first animal we saw while hiding this cache was a deer, so hence the name for this cache,
"Running Deer" came to be.
