Einmal um den See gewieselt Multi-Cache

Dieser Cache führt euch auf dem offiziellen Seerundweg ein Mal um den Titisee herum. Die Runde entspricht ungefähr der Tour 16 im "Hochschwarzwald Pocketguide 17 Wandertouren" (Produktion der Hochschwarzwald Tourismus GmbH).

Der Abschnitt bis zur Stage 6 ist recht schön, danach hängt es davon ab, welchen Weg ihr einschlagt. Nach Stage 5 habt ihr drei Möglichkeiten:

1. Ihr nehmt den ausgeschilderten Weg nach Titisee über Bruderhalde. Das sind 4.5 km, dazu ein paar Höhenmeter. Leider ist dieser Weg an einigen wenigen Stellen nicht kinderwagentauglich. Laut einem Log sind zumindest manchmal zwei Gatter so abgesperrt, dass zwar Wanderer hindurchkommen, aber keine Fahrräder und keine Kinderwagen. Dieser Weg startet geradezu die Straße hoch. 2. Variante zwei ist der Weg nach Titisee immer an der Straße am See entlang. Die Strecke ist 2.4 km lang, relativ eben, kinderwagentauglich, aber auch nicht sehr reizvoll und leider mit nur wenig Blick auf den See. Vergleiche Beschreibung Wandertour.
3. Zu guter Letzt bleibt natürlich noch die Möglichkeit, mit dem Bus zu fahren.

Zum Final:
Wenn ihr am Final steht, werdet ihr erstmal zweifeln, denn die Koordinaten zeigen auf ein Privatgelände. Keine Sorge, der Cache liegt hier nicht nur mit dem Einverständnis des Grundstücksbesitzers, sondern auf seinen ausdrücklichen Wunsch. Der Besitzer des Grundstücks übernimmt übrigens auch die Cachewartung.

Damit ihr sicher sein könnt, dass ihr am richtigen Haus seid und damit ihr nicht das ganze Gelände untersucht, hier noch ein paar Hinweise, die es sehr eindeutig machen.

1. Hier sind Gäste willkommen.
2. Schon verstanden, warum der Cache so heißt?
3. Wenn ihr vor dem Haus steht, seht ihr einen Vorbau, der auf P-1 steinernen Pfosten steht. Begebt euch unter diesen Vorbau, dort ist der Cache versteckt.

This cache will take you around the Titisee on the official trail. The trail is quite equivalent to tour 16 in the "Hochschwarzwald Pocketguide 17 Wandertouren" (production of the Hochschwarzwald Tourismus GmbH).

The leg until stage 6 is quite nice but then it depends on which way you take. You have these three possibilities:

1. You take the official signposted way to Titisee over Bruderhalde. This is 4.5 km and a bit of altitude difference. Unfortunately the way is not fully stroller compatible at a few places. According to a log entry two gates are at least sometimes closed so that hikers can pass bot no bikes or strollers. This way starts straight the street up. Compare description hiking tour.
2. Variant two is the way to Titisee along the street. It is 2.4 km long with only low altitude difference and stroller compatible. But it is also not very attractive and unfortunately not with much view of the lake. Compare description hiking tour.
3. Last but not least you can also take the bus.

The final:
When you are standing here at the final you might first be uncertain if you are at the right place because the coordinates point to a private property. No fear, the cache is there not only with the permission of the property owner but on his express wish. That it is also the reason why he is doing the cache maintenance.

For your certainty that you are at the right house and to prevent that you are searching on the complete property I am giving you some hints that should make it clear.

1. Guests are welcome.
2. Do you notice something when reading the cache name?
3. If you are standing before the house, then you see a forepart that is standing on P-1 posts made of stone. The cache is hidden under this forepart.

• BUBAHN - Train and bus station
• PARKIN - Parking place: Parking place with costs at the public open-air swimming pool. Open 9-20 o'clock.
• START - Start of the walk: Here is a good place to start the trail around the lake. Of course you can directly start at stage 1. Especially those who park at the given parking place may want to directly walk at the lake beginning at the spa gardens and thus not pass by this waypoint.
• STAGE1 - Titisee: Here you can look over the sea, also with a spyglass. But we are interested in a number nearby. Look at the sign over the levy ("Titisee-Rundfahrt"). Which year number is at the top of the sign ("seit JJJJ")?
• STAGE2 - Bergsee: Here is an unusual big shop sign for a restaurant/café. How many people (number P) do you count on the sign?
• STAGE3 - stairs into the lake: Here from the parking place you have a nice view over the lake. How many stairs (S) lead down into the lake (also count the ones in the water)?
• STAGE4 - church service: The Roman Catholic Church Christ King in Titisee advertises it church service and tells you where you can find the placard ("an der xxxxxxxxxxx")? K is the sum of the value of all letters in the word that we are looking for.
• STAGE5 - signpost: If the cache were not pushing us into our direction then we could choose here how to get back to "Titisee-Ort". The sum of both distances is our number E (number with fractional portion).
• STAGE6 - memorial stone: The memorial Stone of family König is in memory of four persons. How old have they been grown in years in average (number A)? (Those who look precisely will have a number without fractional portion!)
• FINAL - final: The coordinates for the final are:
