Wooded Island Traditional Cache

TeacherMike: This had a good short run but it did not last. I visted the island recently and the whole area of this cache changed. What was once hidden is now wide open for the world to see. I looked for a new close by hidding spot but with the work still going on I did not want to risk another muggling.

Geocache Description:


This cache was placed for the first Geocaching event held at the Museum of Science and Industry and their Science Chicago's Science Saturday program. This island hosts many migrating birds each year so keep your eyes open. You are looking for an ammo can hid in typical wooded fashion. The cache is filled with several cache seed items to start your own cache. While in the area check out the other great caches and the near by view of the reflection pond. Happy Hunting.
