You can drive right up to this place, as it is a public access place of interest. Access is via an entrance to a centre of activity for the main industry for the area. Beware of, and give way to Road trains , they can be up to 50 meters long and cannot stop quickly. The area is quite safe with a little common sense and is in a public access area.
