Geocache Description:

One small hill, or stairs down to the cache site. Parking available. Use caution near river bluff, cache is not located down the bluff.

This cache is located near the put in for the Zedler Mill Paddling Trail which follows the San Marcos river in Luling. The trail was the first inland paddling trail established by TPWD, and is 6.0 miles long, with the take-out at Zedler Mill in Luling. A complete description of the paddling trail is available from the Texas Parks and Wildlife website at (visit link)

The put in is located a few hundred yards up the road at the Highway 90 bridge, but there is high muggle activity in that area, hence the cache was located "down river" a little.

You do not need to go down to the river to get this cache, and neither do you need a canoe to reach it!

The cache is initially filled with the typical swag, and some special items for the FTF. Please replace the cache as found.

While in the area enjoy a picnic; I'd recommend the BBQ!

Congrats to PuertoRicanJew for the FTF!
