ITA La misteriosa e famosa Foresta di Sherwood a Milano! Dal 2008 Milano vanta uno dei "great 50 bars in the world " secondo la prestigiosa classifica stilata da "class magazine" di Londra. Dalla cache è visibile questo locale magico e affascinante, di ridottissime dimensioni, in cui ogni fantasia nell'ambito dei cocktail è stata realizzata: l'arte di un grande maestro come Comini, che tutt'ora serve dietro al bancone di questo prestigioso locale, è un'arte coltivata da generazioni, dal 1920 infatti sono barman in Milano e New York.Il barman qui diventa chef, i cocktail sono pozioni chimice e afrodisiache, servite in provette da miscelare, le perle non sono solo ornamento delle donne sedute ai loro tavoli, ma sono ingredienti delle bevande ideate da Comini; oro alimentare per Cocktail placcati, drink da mangiare serviti in gelatina, scorpioni da assaporate in pastella o caramellati, l'introvabile kopy luwak il caffè più raro al mondo(ne vengono prodotti solo 50kg), cocktail crionici che generano scenografici fumi bianchi e densi grazie al co2 compresso a -82°gradi, infusi molecolari composti da miscele raffreddate all' azoto con sferificazioni di liquore e wodka al guaranà.
