Cache is located close to the Mokelumne Wilderness boundary

Road driving up requires a SUV or a 4x4 as the road is rough. Cache at the trailhead marker is at the start of the trail to Raymond Lake and Raymond Peak a great day hike out in the Mokelumne Wilderness. That hike is a somewhat long difficult hike if you go to Raymond peak
