Geocache Description:

Easy, Quick Cache located in the Fall River Heritage Park with a view of the USS Massachusetts.

This is a clear plastic watertight container, I placed it in Fall River Heritage Park. This is a perfect location to view the USS Massachusetts(Big Mamie), the USS Joesph P. Kennedy Jr., and the submarine Loinfish. All these Cold War throw backs are part of Battleship Cove, and open to the public for tours. From here you can also see the old Lincoln Park Carousel. Relocated to this spot in 1991 when the amusement park closed. This Carousel is as memorable as the ships it shares the cove with. For more information visit (visit link) Heritage park has a fairly open layout, so some stealth is required to retrieve, and re-hide the cache. When placed the cache contained log book, pencil, travel bug, and various toys. Enjoy!!!
