Geocache Description:


Smokey Friends have left another box of goodies at the location of a human caused fire. Lava Butte Lookout detected this fire located approximately 4 miles southeast of the city limits of Bend, on the Deschutes National Forest, at 1:41 p.m. on July 23 2003.
The 18 Fire burned in mixed conifer and sagebrush and burned about 3800 acres.
The fire was contained on July 26.
