To solve the puzzle and find the cache, do the following: (Keep at least 5 decimal points in your calculations)
1. Determine each gear's gear ratio to gear 'W' (If W spins once how many times does each other gear spin?)
2. Determine each gear's spin direction, Clockwise or Counter Clockwise
3. If a gear is spinning clockwise multiply the gear ratio by '123'
4. If a gear is spinning counter clockwise multiply the gear ratio by '234'
5. Remove the decimal portion of each number
6. Use the results to determine the coordinates in:

N [2nd Digit of L][C+J-K]_[2nd Digit of B+E-D][M+1st Digit of F].[1st Digit of I][K-C][G-N+1]
W [1st Digit of H][A-(B+1)][D-2nd Digit of H]_[2nd Digit of A][K+C-2nd Digit of B].[J][(F+G)-(I+D)][(B+A)-(L+H)]
