honeychile: I'm very sorry but Virginia's Department of Transportation ("VDOT") has forbidden placement of caches on property which it owns or maintains for the State. I am forced to archive listings which are placed at rest stops or other locations maintained by VDOT. Please retrieve your cache and find another hiding place well away from VDOT-maintained property.
