Why Stalag 17? There is no escape from Stalag 17. Maybe from Stalag 16 or 18, but not 17.
The cache is hidden in the greenbelt between the coordinates posted above and the coordinates for It's Hep to be Square, GC1GJDF.
The terrain isn't so bad, but the puzzle may give you a big headache.
You'll find the cache at: N 1C 21.19F W 05D 16.08A (Did I forget B and E? Oh darn.) You can't put those numbers in your GPSr, and if you could you wouldn't find the cache. But those are the correct coordinates. Go figure. No, really - go figure.
8-31-2010: Up until now I had this cache listed as 24/7, but it should have said 5 AM to 11 PM. There is a city curfew in this park.
