The posted coordinates are bogus, but you will find the land of the
Jolly Green Giant nearby. We hope you have as much fun with this
cache as we did planning it. The cache container is loaded with
swag including an unactivated geocoin for the FTF. In order to find
this cache you will need to do a little research and a little math.
There will be some bushwhacking, but for the most part, it’s really
not too bad. However, I did not say it was going to be easy; there
are a few obstacles that you will need to cross before heading out
on your adventure in search of the…....
Jolly Green Giant

The Jolly Green Giant walks
around singing “Ho-Ho-Ho” wearing a green-skinned tunic, wreath and
boots made of leaves, and a BIG smile. Jolly Green Giant is a
well-known popular culture. Not only, is he a symbol of the Green
Giant food company, the mascot became so well-known that the name
came to be used for other sorts of things that were large and green
in color:
• The HH-3E rescue helicopters used during the Vietnam War by
the U.S. Air Force were called Jolly Green Giants, while the larger
HH-53 helicopters were nicknamed "Super Jolly."
• The Incredible Hulk, superhero, is described as "The Not-So-Jolly
Green Giant."
• On the popular 1970s game show Match Game, the giant was the
subject of several questions.
• After bringing the Statue of Liberty to life, in the film
Ghostbusters 2, Bill Murray's character says "Keep kickin" Libby.
If you make this work, we'll pop for a weekend in Vegas with the
Jolly Green Giant!"
• On The Tonight Show, Johnny Carson is dressed as the "Little
Green Sprout" and is standing between the lower legs of the Giant.
He looks up and says, "Ho-ho-ho, Jolly Green Giant! Show us your
Niblets!" whereupon he is showered with gigantic kernels of corn.
He then looks up and mouths an obscenity at the Giant. The audience
roars.
• In the film Full Metal Jacket, Crazy Earl says, "We are jolly
green giants, walking the Earth with guns."
• In the film Demolition Man, while in a Pizza Hut, the "Valley of
the Jolly Green Giant" song is heard.
• The Royal Guardsmen, The Kingsmen, and several other groups

to the land of the Jolly Green Giant where

You will find a sign here. What is the art illustrated on the
sign that equals five letters? Figure up the numerical equivalent
of the letters (A=1, B=2, C=3, etc) and add them together to get a
sum. Use this sum plus 5 = AA. Use the original sum again, minus 35
= BB.

the Jolly Green Giant’s cousin. You will find 3 large letters and 1
large number. Figure up the numerical equivalents for the letters
and add them to the number to get C.
