Geocache Description:


You are looking for a large ammo can in a nice little area on the La Crosse River just off the bike trail. There is no need to bushwhack if you stay on the trail.

Note: If you happen to bike to the cache, a trail fee is required. (There's never a fee for pedestrians, though.)

Feel free to take your jolly ol' time signing the log. As always, you must sign the log in the cache in order to claim the find on www.geocaching.com.

There are several access points to the trail. The recommended ones are:

N 43 52.026 W091 13.264 (Results in about a 3/4 mile hike - one way.)

N 43 51.566 W091 12.114 (Results in about a 1/2 mile hike - one way.)
