Deze voetgangersbrug wordt vandaag nog steeds gebruikt als verbinding tussen een tramstation en de Heizelvlakte waar de Expo58 plaatsvond. De trappen en leuningen van deze brug zijn nog de originele van 1958.
Van hierboven kan je - kijkend richting Expo58-vlakte - links het Douanegebouw zien (Ref1), en rechts het kleine, helemaal door klimop overwoekerde lokaaltje van de brandweer (Ref2).
Achter het Douanegebouw lag de Vierseizoenentuin (Ref3), maar daar blijft nu bitter weinig van over: een grote parking van Trade-Mart, en een klein, niet zo proper en onguur uitziend bosje (Ref3). Je kan er nog wel de resten zien van betonnen muurtjes met gaten in die de verschillende tuintjes ommuurden, en een grote (nu verwaarloosde) ronde open plek met stenen zitbanken. Dit werd gebruikt als picknick-plek tijdens de Expo58.

Cette passerelle est toujours utilisée de nos jours et relie un terminus de tram et le plateau du Heysel ( où l'Expo 58 eut lieu). Escaliers et structure de ce pont pour piétons sont d'origine.
En regardant vers le Heysel, vous pouvez apercevoir le bâtiment de la Douane ( REF1) et, à droite de celui-ci, la caserne des pompiers entièrement recouverte de lierre... (REF2).
A l'arrière de REF2 se trouvait le Jardin des 4 saisons ( REF3); actuellement, vous y trouvez principalement le parking du Trade-Mart mais également quelques traces des murs typiques de ce jardin dans le petit bois ainsi qu' une place avec des bancs utilisée, pendant l'Expo 58, comme aire de picknick.

This footbridge is still in use today as liaison between a tramstation and the Heysel-area where the Expo58 took place. The stairs and railings of this bridge are still the original ones from 1958.
From up here, you can also see on your left (facing towards the Expo58 area) the building that was used by the Customs Authority (Ref1). Looking right, you can see the Fire Department's office, completely overgrown with ivy (Ref2).
Behind the Custom's building, there was a Four Seasons Garden. Today, nothing much is left: most is converted into a parking lot for the Trade-Mart, and a small, not-so-inviting looking little park with only a few concrete walls with holes in, which seperated the different gardens from each other. Also a round, open area with stone benches can still be seen, which was used as picknick area during Expo58.
