Geocache Description:

One of my "Wallowa County Cemetery series" caches.

This cache will take you to the county's largest cemetery. The cache is hidden near one of the roadways in the cemetery. The cache is a 'micro' - it is an amber colored pill bottle with a white childproof lid. There is only room for the logbook, and a couple of small token items. Bring your own pencil/pen - there isn't one provided. Look carefully - and replace the cache, and its cover, to make it blend back into its hiding place. (Thank you!)

In the spring/early summer, if you are lucky, you'll be able to see herds of bison in the pasture land to the northeast of the cemetery. It's a beautiful sight.

As you leave, take a moment to notice our Veteran's Memorial - and if you have a 'good eye' you'll also be able to spot the benchmark that is near it!
