Located in Russian Jack Springs Park, not far from trail 11
There's a steep hill near the cache. When I ski with the Jr. Nordic Polar Cubs, they love going down the hills. It terrifies me. If I wasn't with those little kamikazes I would have turned around or taken my skis off and walked down the hill. But I knew they would never let me forget it. Years from now, they would see me and say, "Hey - aren't you the mom who was too scared to ski down the hill?" So I skied down, snowplowing all the way.
There are things in my life I should be doing, but I avoid them because they are scary. There's probably other people who also need some encouragement, too. This cache has encouraging quotes to help people get over the scary hills in life. You can take one, or leave one of your favorites. Either way, this cache is loaded with magic fairy dust, and whenever someone opens it, encouragement will be sent out to all those who need some.
Thanks to FLYRFN and Ladybug Kids, the cache is a ammo can, and it's hidden under a tree. How easy! Or maybe not?
Congratulations to Hike_60 on their First FTF!
