Geocache Description:

Within sight of the ancient burial chamber of Upper Innersidgen. Take the footpath which goes northward from Telegraph hill and then go right along the coastal footpath toward the cache, sign posted Innisidgens Burial Chambers. DO NOT try to access the cache from any other route as you will end up walking through very high bracken. You have been warned.

Nearby is the Bronze Age cairn, with fantastic views towards St Martins and the eastern Isles. This well preserved entrance grave is in a fantastic setting. The 4.5 meter cairn is supported on all sides by a ring of large stones. The walls of the inner chamber are of slabs and course stone and 5 capstones make up the roof. The cache is a small film canister sized pot with a logbook.
