This cache is a few feet off the ground, but it can easily be accessed without any difficulty. It is almost directly across the street, behind a house, and across a ditch from my house. This cache is also handicap accesible.
I noticed this hiding spot the other day while I was taking our two dogs for a late afternoon walk.
