Solve this History Puzzle and grab the cache.

This puzzles cache will require searching for some history about Fort William and Thunder Bay.

TO FIND THE ACTUAL NORTH COORDINATE:
Find the year that Neebing Additional Township and parts of Neebing Township were incorporated as the town of FORT WILLIAM. Divide this number by 1000 and add this number to the last 5 digits of the posted North Coordinate

TO FIND THE ACTUAL WEST COORDINATE:
Find the year that Port Arthur and Fort William merged to become Thunder Bay. Divide this number by 1000 and add this number to the last 5 digits of the posted West Coordinates.

Easy walk up to cache.

The cache container is a camouflaged pill container containing a logsheet and compass keychain. You will need to bring your own writing stick.
