I tried to resist, but in the end, I couldn't make a law enforcement themed cache series without placing one here. And it actually works on a couple of levels.
Firstly, it is a wonderful place to stop late at night while on patrol. There aren't alot of places at 3am that offer fresh hot caffeine.
Secondly, as anyone who lives in Barre can tell you, this particular parking lot drums up alot of business for various law enforcement agencies.
And perhaps most importantly, right next door is the court house, where a good number of deputies spend a good amount of their lives.
Should be a quick park and grab. Use your car for cover as this is a very high traffic area at most times during the day and night, hence the difficulty level.
