Located at the Brownsville Community Pond is a small picnic
area. Why you may ask? Why not!
This small picnic area seems to either have lots of muggles
about eating, fishing, sitting, etc. or you may get lucky and no
one will be around. I have found it to be hit and miss. If people
are around, obviously stealth is a necessity.
I doubt you'll need a hint, but one is listed in case you want
it. Oh, and BYOP...no room for one in the cache container.
