A 15 minute event to be held at 10:00am sharp and end at 10:15am sharp!
Here's the schedule!
pre-10:00 AM - Park your geo-vehicle. Walk around. Perhaps do some of the nearby geocaches in Breithaupt Park. Just stay away from Ground Zero. But watch for a signal.
10:00 AM - A flag will be waved at Ground Zero. This is your sign to gather at the location. Commence geochat! Sign the "logbook". The "logbook" will consist of a plain white Poker chip of which I won 50 of at GHAGAFAP. Seeing as I don't play Poker, they will have a good use! Bring your own pen!
10:08 AM - And we eat! Probably leftover Halloween treats or a similar unhealthy delicacy.
10:10 AM - Assemble for the group photo. I'm looking for a volunteer to handle the camera duties.
10:14 AM - It is announced that is now 10:14, and that there is 1 minute left in the event. Prepare to make your grand exit.
10:15 AM - Scram! Scat! Skedaddle! Run like the wind. Return to your geo-vehicles and leave the area, or walk away for a couple minutes and return to do the other caches in the area.
Note that if there is demand, I will move the event up to 1:00 PM to coincide with other events. However, it would likely be easier for those who want to plan a day of caching if we have the event early as opposed to mid-day.
Please, no travel bugs aside from personal mileage markers or ones that are bigger than a breadbox. Too easy to lose at an event like this.
