The cache is located on Inishmore, Co. Fermanagh.
The waters of Upper Lough Erne are forced to divide when they encounter Inishmore (the largest island on Lough Erne) on their journey towards the sea. They then reunite not far from Tullyinishmore and from here they flow northwards past Enniskillen, into Lower Lough Erne and eventually out into Donegal Bay.
In bygone days there was a burial ground here called Templemoyle and at one time a ferry took travellers across the water to Cloonatrig quay. Today, however, there are few signs of its past importance - visitors now are anglers hoping to fill their keep nets, the "crews" of passing cruisers which moor here to enjoy the pastoral atmosphere and the "odd" geocacher seeking this cache.
The handiest route is probably via Lisbellaw where you turn at the Wild Duck Inn following the signpost for Carrybridge. Cross Carrybridge, drive for 0.7 mile, then, take a right following the sign to Tullyinishmore Jetty where there is a car park.
The cache is a camouflaged micro containing a log sheet - please bring a pencil. At certain times of the year the overhead leaf canopy may challenge your GPSr - this is reflected in the overall difficulty rating. The final "homing in" is probably best done from the open space near the jetties. I hope you know your trees - a long arm and a trusting nature are also helpful. Please ensure you carefully replace the cache afterwards.
Remember that the cache is adjacent to water so take care - especially if you have children with you.
