UPDATE Feb 8, 2023: Three years since the last time I replaced this cache and had to do it again. Still not many hiding spots available around this old cemetery fenceline, so I tried something new with magnets. Green camo'ed pill bottle. See hint for details of exact placement. Please replace in same place to try to keep it hidden for awhile longer.
UPDATE Feb 2, 2020: Cache was moved and coordinated updated because the trees on the south side of the cemetery were all cut down recently and the previous container was missing. Replacement cache container is a black-cammo-taped matchstick container. Moved about 20 feet east of previously updated location.
UPDATE Dec 8, 2018: Cache was moved and coordinates updated because the trees that the cache was originally hidden in along the east fence-line of the cemetery were cut down sometime in the past leaving very little cover for hiding the cache. Replacement cache container is a small, round, Tupperware screw-top container. New hiding spot should be reachable both from inside or outside the fence, though I was inside when I re-hid it.

This particular one is sparsely "populated", with some of the headstones in quite a state of disrepair, however, it is well maintained.
You are looking for a small loc-n-loc, cammo'd container. Should be easy!
