This cache brings you close to the public romanian television headquarters and studios, located in a very nice neighborhood.
Since the "It all started here" cache (GC170MD) is currently (at the time this one was placed) unavailable, or very hard to access, I thought to take you to another location closely related to the same events.

There is only a logbook and a stash note inside; no room for trading. Please bring your own pen.
VERY IMPORTANT : please put the cache back exactly as you found it (if you're lucky enough to find it 
); do not modify its contents.
SOMEWHAT IMPORTANT : Feel free to post any pictures of the place, but be warned : all logs that remotely give any hint about the cache or it's location will be deleted, so please don't post such information in your logs.
