A straightforward cache. Placed in the Thornborough Community
Woodland. You can pick this up on the way to Coombs Quarry.

You're looking for a small "clip" lock box, camouflaged to blend
in. It's large enough for small swaps.
The new community woodland at Thornborough has been recently
planted. species include rare black poplar trees. Wildflower
meadows and abundant wildlife ensure that this should be a pleasant
stroll.
Parking - Please use
the parking suggested below.
Parking is available at Thornborough bridge at
N51 59.535 W000 56.282. Cross over the
A422.Please take take this is a busy road. Follow the footpath
across the fields to a little bridge. Notice the ridge and furrow
in the first field. Cross over the bridge and bear left.
Please watch out for livestock. There were sheep
in this field when I placed the cache. Please keep dogs under
control.
Occasionally the Piddle Brook floods and access could be a
little bit of a problem. Alternative parking can be found at the
Thornborough Community car park here N51 58.942
W 000 55.966 You cross the road, go through the gate and
follow the footpath that runs parallel to the road. If you bear
left around the building the path opens out opposite the entrance
to the quarry. Take care crossing the road. There is a footpath off
to the right which leads you down to the cache site.
