Along the Granite Creek Trail.
This is a camouflaged 6"x4"x3" waterproof container. Big enough for
small trade items, travel bugs and geocoins. This is the first in a
series of caches visiting some of the places we played as kids.
Prescott was a great place to be a kid in the late 60's and early
70's. There were plenty of places to explore and have fun. GRANITE
CREEK Granite Creek was a good place to hunt crawdads and frogs. We
liked to hang from the side of the Gurley Street bridge and drop to
the creek below. Another fun thing was crawling up the storm drains
(now bricked up) and shouting at people as they walked by on the
sidewalk above.
