The Lost Animal Refuge is located on a short public access trail. Key neighbors in the area have been notified of the cache site. Use caution as this trail is frequently used by mugglers. You’re looking for a plastic container containing a log and a small amount of trinkets for trading.
Lost Animal Refuge is maintained by a father/daughter geo caching team. During our experiences with geo caching we’ve discovered the joy of travel bugs. Each of our travel bug tags is attached to a small animal. Each animal has a unique adventure to visit an exciting and far away place. After reaching their goal, the animals will return home to Lost Animal Refuge. With help from fellow geo cachers around the country we’re confident our animals will reach their goals and return home safely. Below is a list of our brave animal adventurists.
