A spore of antieuclid's Follow the Rainbow mystery cache.
From the site, look through the needles to the northeast and you'll understand why I named the cache the way I did. Bring your own writing utensil. It's actually probably between a micro and a small cache in size -- it'll hold really small trade items. I started it out with a Disney 100th anniversary token.
(Edited on 10-12: The original cache had been muggled. I replaced it today with a different container, but please exercise some stealth. I guess this is a higher-traffic area than I first thought.)
I think the cache would be wheelchair accessible, but I'm not sure, so I rated the terrain 1.5.
By the way, you won't find Follow the Rainbow on geocaching.com. You can find it only through the Roy G Biv series of caches by antieuclid. Part of the deal is hiding the spores near art.
