The cache container is a 1 liter water bottle with a 2" opening,
suitable for small trade items.
This could be considered a simple P&G, but the challenge is
getting to the parking spot. If you want to increase the difficulty
wait for a really heavy rain or a long really dry period. Be
careful where you park. The good news is that this is one of the
highest spots around, so should you need to make an emergency phone
call, we get good cell reception from here.
I downgraded the terrain rating on this one. Using the rating
tool, I marked that this cache required 'Other trail types'. This
was primarily because of the roads to the cache area. They're
passable, usually, by most vehicle types. However, I recommend
folks on two wheels go really, really slowly. Those of you driving
your nice low slung city cars will probably find the bottom sanded
to a smooth shiny finish. My wife and I both drive 4wd vehicles.
Normally, only when it's raining do we have any problems, and after
a really hard rain, it can be a real adventure to get to the
nearest hardtop road.
No need to cross any fences. The only wire you need to look out
for is the fence line.
