This cache is hidden at the edge of a municipal parking lot that bears the name of William (Bill) Russell. As the owner of Russell and Hitch Funeral Home, Bill was a well known and respected member of the community in the Lebanon area for many years.
The parking lot was provided by the Central Christian Church of Lebanon, and is within view of the church and the Lebanon Police Department.
The cache is small, with only enough room for a log, so be sure to bring your own pencil. It should be easy to find, however some stealth may be required. You should not have to step off of the blacktop to find the cache.
