There is an new entrance sign to Owen Sound and a short walk to an observation tower with a wonderful view of the city. The cache is a medium size cammo lock n lock box with a logbook,pencil and some small trading items.It is a busy area so some stealth may be required.I would consider it a quick find.
I don't like the new sign as the old logo looked more like the area with water, trees and a lovely sunset.
