Santa Maria - Via di meditazione- San Pietro in Monte
A fianco del Santuario di Santa Maria parte la via di meditazione costruita nel 1996. La via viene accompagnata da stazioni religiose, rappresentanti diverse scene della bibbia. La via porta alla più antica chiesa dell’Alta Pusteria, infatti è stata costruita nell’anno 800 d.c. Per ritornare a Santa Maria si prende la strada verso ovest, si passano i masi “Wegscheiderhöfen” e si arriva al punto di partenza a Santa Maria.
Uno stupendo panorama sulla conca di Dobbiaco allieterá
il percorso per la ricerca di questa cache.
P.S. le coordinate non sono precissime causa la presenza del bosco.
Von der Wallfahrtskirche Aufkirchen führt, der im Jahre 1996 angelegte Besinnungsweg, über mehrere Stationen zum ältesten religiösen Heiligtum des Hochpustertals: St. Peter am Kofel, einem Kirchlein, welches als erste Kirche Hochpustertals um ca. 800 n. Chr. erbaut wurde. Die einzelnen Stationen auf dem Besinnungsweg sind durch steinerne Werke mit biblischen Darstellungen in Wort und Bild versinnbildlicht.
Der Abstieg erfolgt vom „Peterkirchl“ in westlicher Richtung durch einen Waldweg zu den Wegscheiderhöfen und zurück zum Ausgangsort Aufkirchen.

From the pilgrimage church in Santa Maria a meditation path which was built in 1996 and features several stations, leads you to the oldest religious monument of the Alta Pusteria Valley: San Pietro in Monte, a little chapel which was built as the first church in the Alta Pusteria Valley around 800 B.C. The individual stations of the meditation path represent biblical illustrations in word and picture and are made out of stone.
Descend from the 'Peterkirchl' in westerly direction on a forest path to the Wegscheiderhöfen (farmhouses) and back to your starting point in Santa Maria.
