Howard Norman Williams is remembered here by a plaque erected in his honour.
I was only able to locate one site on the net that indicates that he received his BA(Ed) in 1967 from the University of Saskatchewan which would account for him being a teacher. If anyone can enlighten me more I would be interested in learing more about him.
This cache site is right beside Highway 5A on the shore of Nicola Lake. It is a popular lake for all types of sailing boarding and boating. I have even seen kite boarding here. There is one picnic table to enjoy a private lunch.
