On the way out from placing Mama's Cache we picked out a spot to put the kids DLT's Cache. I said we will have to have a Papa's Cache too. Mama asked how far up the trail I was going to put it and I said "at the end". Well, I had no clue where the end was so she said I was on my own. I waited about a week then loaded up a 30 cal ammo can with guy stuff (sorry kids, no toys) and headed out to find the end of the trail. You know us guys, we dont ask for directions, we just explore. This is a nice easy walk on what appears to be an old road, so I decided to walk till I found the end. Well guys I still do not know where this trail ends. I crossed the M&M trail a ways into the hike, then a bit later had to decide left or right, and a bit later left or right again, then crossed the M&M trail again, and finally came out on the road to the fire tower near Cadwell Cache. Is that concidered the end? What if you took either of the other forks? I think one of them goes all the way to Rt 202. And if you turned onto the M&M trail, that seems to be everywhere. So when you head for Papa's Cache you will have to decide if you want a nice easy but long walk past DLT and Mama through a great forest, or cut the corner off with a section of M&M trail, or take the short boring route towards Cadwell Cache. As soon as I finish this listing I am headed for the short route, think I might have put my glasses in the cache cause they are not to be found since I got back!
