Geocache Description:


Join us for our 25th Wedding Anniversary vow renewal ceremony and celebration in front of the Duke Kahanamoku Statue in Waikiki, HI. It will be a day of celebration, joy, food, and...caching!!!

Come spend the day with us, do a little caching, and be our "witnesses" for our vow renewal ceremony.

SCHEDULE:
Everyone will meet at 12:00pm at the nearby tables for a shared lunch (bring your favorite potluck dish and some paperwear to share), exchanging of tags/coins, keiki (or adult) swimming, and nearby caching. We'll bring a small table for wedding stuff but bring coolers to act as tables as there are no open tables nearby.

At 12:30pm, we will proceed, enmass, down to the surf and try to find an open spot (or just stay around the Banyon Tree) and have a brief ceremony and champagne (sparkling juice) toast with a shared "reception".

At 1:00pm, we will proceed, in parade fashion, to spend a few minutes around the statue for pictures and allow for our mainland friends to share our vow renewal in Hawaii.

At 2:00pm...clean-up and depart!! Under a shower of bubbles, our happily-renewed couple will depart promptly at 2:00pm but leave food and folly to remaining cachers.
