Geocache Description:

Cache and Dash.

Codden rises to over 190 metres and has views of Dartmoor to the south and Exmoor to the north. It is one of a series of 'whale-backed' hills, formed from the collision of tectonic plates. At the eastern end there is a nationally important 'bowl barrow' with a surrounding ditch believed to date from the bronze age.
