This is Jr.'s Eagle scout project. He put in two flower beds, mulched the trees and added a park bench. This is the community center for Grimes. Next year they will be adding over 50k worth of new playground equipment and then a wading pool. Jr. will attain his Eagle Scout rank before the age of 14 and will become one of (if not) the youngest Eagle Scout in the State of Iowa. On November 25, 2008 at age 13 and 9 months Jr was awarded the Eagle Scout. bucknuts too was an Eagle Scout... This cache was placing during the Respect the Pencil event in November of 2008.
