A favorite hang out area of my youth is the site of our fifth hide. This cache is placed in a glass jar so be careful not to break it. This cache includes a geocoin, toys, log book and pencil.
This cache is located off the T'railway near Fowler's Road. Approaching from Fowler's Road, look for a bench with a view of the bay. Just past this bench is a trail to your left (This is not how it appeared in my childhood). Walk until you notice a steep path to you left. Careful on the descent. At the bottom of the path you will come to a brook. The cache is not far away.
History: My friends and I spent many hours in this area when we were kids. Looking around it appears that kids still frequent the area but are a little more destructive.
There appears to be a trail on the other side of the river heading towards the Spruce Hill Road area, so maybe you can approach from there as well.
