For a shorter hike, than you would have from the State Park, it is recommended that you park in one of the paved parking lots at the bottom of the hill and make your way up the graveled road. Do not attempt to drive to the listed coordinates.
The container is a plastic jar that contains a few trade items, a log book and a pencil. The terrain is rough and uneven but there is virtually no hindrance to the satellite signal (I got ten full bars while placing this hide).
Located just off the trail, watch for others that may venture by, as you search for the cache.
