Kingfisher Trail, Some parking in side streets, or Cricket club.
After passing the bus stop and old toilets turn left down a track. Just before the bridge leading to the cricket club is reached, turn right along a waymarked path crossing a meadow. Keep Bradshaw Brook on the left and on the far side of the meadow the path joins a lane to the right of another bridge. Turn right here for just a few metres then turn left up the waymarked stone steps to enter woodland. Keep to the waymarked path, which drops down steps and crosses another meadow between the brook and woodland on the right. The path, waymarked as the Kingfisher Trail, returns to the riverside by a new housing development and Bradshaw Brook is now kept on the left for the next mile as a wooded path leads upstream to the dam of Jumbles Reservoir.
At the path junction at the foot of the reservoir dam, turn left and cross the footbridge, bearing left uphill on the far side and continuing along the path through Ousel Nest Meadow. Follow this path overlooking the meadow to the kissing gate on the far side then turn sharp left and follow leafy Grange Road back to Bromley Cross. And back down the road to Bradshaw.
