The Road to Nowhere Multi-Cache

Quick and easy multi-cache starting out with a cache full of items for kids. This is our first attempt at a Mult-cache so I hope it is fun.
The coordinates will take you to a starting point. At this location pay close attention to what the sign on the west side of the road says. Continue to travel south until you find a green mailbox on the east side of the road that could have something to do with the sign at the beginning of this quest. The numbers on the mailbox = A (checksum 18). Continue south to the end of the road and look for a large sign featuring a dog and a cat, the last four digits of the phone number on this sign = B (checksum 9) The cache is located at:
N45 27.904 + A
W122 37.047 + B.
