Geocache Description:

Bring your own pen.

Every winter thousands of bald eagles come to feast on the returning salmon. Come to see these magnificent birds perched in the trees overlooking the river, or scramble down to the creeks where you might spy these huge fish battle the currents and each other to spawn before dying. Best time for eagles is November to January, but salmon can be seen spawning in the shallows in September. Bring your binoculars and cameras. This cache is placed by Lions Area Girl Guides, girls and women from Pemberton to Squamish, from the Sunshine Coast to Deep Cove, dedicated to FUN, ADVENTURE and SERVICE! Located on the Paradise Valley Road, past the North Vancouver Outdoor School and over the bailey bridge.
