Located near the south end of the Oceano dunes S.V.R.A.
Named after the Oso flaco ( Skinny bear ) lake. This cache is a gray pvc tube, 5" x 24" with reflective letters. Look for an obvious pedestrian entrance along the suothern-most fence boundry within the S.V.R.A. No vehicles allowed beyond this point. A wandering foot trail will sneak around the native chapparal to reveal Oso flaco lake, a view only possible by leaving your o.h.v. at the fence and walking the sandy slopes.
