Geocache Description:

A short walk - best parking at River Mouth



The cache is in an area of Sand Dunes consolidated by a plantation of Pine Trees.
These Sand Dune areas are our coastal settlements best defence from a Tsunami, and we need to protect them therefore vehicles are forbidden in the dune & forest areas.

The cache itself is most easily reached by walking up the ridge from the beach end.

You may be accompanied by Fantails who love you to stir up tiny insects they can eat.
