A short bushwhack through the undergrowth, depending upon your approach.
Cache is hidden in a relic from an earlier time. Since I found my first cache in this park and it is a favorite hangout of the pups, I thought it only fitting to be the home of my first placed cache. If you're here at the right time, you just might catch the Vizsla-kids and me out for a run.
**update 11/8/12: At the risk of offending the wonderful and accomodating folks at the St. Louis County Parks Department who have embraced this game from the start....... I've left this cache in place as a tribute to what was and a warning to what could become of our parks if we're not vigilant. Parks should stay parks. Once parkland has been taken, it is never returned.
