Geocache Description:

The cache has been placed in a quiet area of Hest Bank Village.

It can be accessed via a public footpath starting at Sea View Drive where you can also find plenty of parking. The path, which can get a bit muddy, leads you through some small fields which occasionally have cattle in them. Please note that there is water near the cache site and although not very deep here could be hazardous for smaller children.
If you so desire, this walk can be extended to include the nearby Hest Bank Picnic Area cache (GC1GMK1) by returning to the first stile and heading left down the farm track before joining the canal at a little bridge. After completing the cache you can continue along the canal, around the bend to another bridge carrying the road. Join the road here and head up Hest Bank Lane, past Sunningdale Avenue and back to Sea View Drive.
