Almost a drive-up cache, it is hid not far off the shoulder of the
Wild Horse Creek Road overlooking the townsite of Ymir. Cache is
hid in a tobacco plastic container, containing swag, FTF prize,
logbook, pencil and Geocache info sheet. Enjoy the view!
Ymir is located off of Highway 6 between Salmo and Nelson and has
loads of history.
DO NOT GO NEAR THE EDGE! Cache is closer to the road. Once there
is snow, this cache will probably not be accessible.

This is one of the caches in the QVWXYZ series in Ymir that
both ourselves and Pappy90 & Dyelo have put out so that you can
find those elusive caches for the ABC Challenge Cache (GC1ATPR) put
out by Legacypac. After spending an hour or so doing these caches,
stop in at the Hotel Ymir (between 2 pm - 8 pm) for a drink/meal
and a very incredible ART discovery. The owner would probably give
you a tour of the hotel and his art collection too!
