Loveless Nature Preserve was acquired through the Green Acres Program, I have driven by the site numerous times until my curiosity got the best of me. The site has some wonderful trails and power line roads and is heavily wooded.
The cache is not at the posted coordinates. After you park, solve the following riddle to locate the cache.
NOTE: This was restaged in December 2015 due to the heavy vegetative growth in the area since the cache was originally placed. The terrain rating was also raised.
”Le Grande Allee” leads where you need to be, but
Alas, the "high stage" is no more.
In it’s stead, from whence you start,
Look to 225 on the Rose, and
Project yourself 265 feet.
Search ye shall, until "X" marks the spot,
And then go 24 paces to find the hide,
Following 70 on the Silva.
Here you will find that which you seek.
